Application

Many thanks for your interest in this Bordeaux Summer School. Please note that the application deadline is March 31st, 2025. You will receive an admission decision no later than April 18th, 2025.

We ask you to please merge your application documents into one PDF file, to be named as follows: BSS_E3AI - FAMILYNAME_Firstname. A CV, a short abstract of your research project and a cover letter detailing your scientific interest for attending the summer school and the relevance of attending to your professional project will be necessary.

› Participation fee:

› 20 € for online participants from partner universities (including registration, course fees, access to the virtual platform, on-demand viewing after the programme)

› 40 € for regular online participants (including registration, course fees, access to the virtual platform, on-demand viewing after the programme)

› 290 € for participants without accommodation (including lunches, coffee breaks and social programme costs)

› 590 € for participants with accommodation (including breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks and social programme costs)
